दोस्तों ग्वार के बाजार में पिछले हफ्ते आई तेजी के बाद पिछले 2 दिन से बाजार स्थिर से हल्का कमजोर नजर आ रहा है। वायदा बाजार में भी 4 जुलाई को अगस्त वायदा ₹5,420 के टॉप रेट तक गया था जो अब घटकर कल ₹5,306 पर बंद हुआ है। ग्वार गम का भाव भी वायदा बाजार में ₹10,000 के नीचे फिसल गया है। यह गिरावट मुख्य रूप से बुवाई के आंकड़ों के कारण आई है।
क्या कहते हैं ग्वार की बुवाई के आंकड़े
आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि शुरुआती मानसून बेहतर रहने से राजस्थान में ग्वार की बुवाई के शुरुआती रुझान मजबूत आए हैं। इस वक्त राजस्थान में ग्वार का क्षेत्रफल करीब 7 लाख 82 हजार हेक्टेयर के पार पहुंच गया है, जबकि पिछले साल इस समय यह ढाई लाख हेक्टेयर के आसपास था। मंडी मार्केट मीडिया का मानना है कि डरने की जरूरत नहीं है क्योंकि यह शुरुआती आंकड़े हैं और कुल बुवाई घटती दिख सकती है। इस बार भी बुवाई का क्षेत्रफल 24 लाख हेक्टेयर से ऊपर नहीं जाने की उम्मीद है जबकि पिछले साल यह करीब 27 लाख हेक्टेयर रहा था।
गुजरात में ग्वार की बुवाई की रफ्तार धीमी रही है क्योंकि किसानों ने अच्छी बारिश के चलते मूंगफली, बाजरा जैसी फसलों को ज्यादा प्राथमिकता दी है। वहीं देशभर में मानसून औसत से बेहतर रहने का अनुमान है — जून से सितंबर के दौरान दीर्घकालिक औसत से 106% बारिश का पूर्वानुमान है।

मौजूदा भाव और मंडियों का हाल
आज जोधपुर में ग्वार सीड का डिलीवरी भाव ₹5,250 प्रति क्विंटल पर स्थिर रहा और ग्वार गम ₹10,000 प्रति क्विंटल पर ही बना रहा। राजस्थान में आवक घटकर 1,875 क्विंटल रही जबकि हरियाणा में बढ़कर 1,995 क्विंटल पहुंच गई। बीते एक महीने में ग्वार सीड में 3.6% और तीन महीने में 3.1% की तेजी रही है, जबकि सालाना आधार पर अभी भी इसमें 2.5% की गिरावट है।
वायदा बाजार में कल जुलाई वायदा ₹5,246 और अगस्त वायदा ₹5,305 पर बंद हुआ। ग्वार गम का जुलाई वायदा ₹9,755 और अगस्त वायदा ₹9,903 पर बंद हुआ, जो पिछले स्तर से थोड़ा कमजोर रहा।

निर्यात स्थिति
जून का निर्यात डाटा अभी तक प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है। मई तक के निर्यात की बात करें तो अक्टूबर 2024 से मई 2025 तक ग्वार स्प्लिट के निर्यात में 23% की बढ़ोतरी रही और ग्वार गम के निर्यात में 3% की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है। कुल निर्यात 2,19,778 टन रहा, जो पिछले वर्ष के 2,14,581 टन से 7% अधिक है। मई में ग्वार स्प्लिट का निर्यात 25% घटकर 5,337 टन रह गया जबकि ग्वार गम का निर्यात 14% बढ़कर 24,004 टन रहा।
आगे का रुख
मंडी मार्केट मीडिया का अनुमान है कि निकट भविष्य में जोधपुर डिलीवरी ग्वार सीड के दाम ₹5,000 से ₹5,500 प्रति क्विंटल के बीच रह सकते हैं। वहीं ग्वार गम के भाव ₹9,800 से ₹10,500 प्रति क्विंटल के दायरे में बने रहने की संभावना है। वर्तमान में भाव ₹5,000 के आसपास मजबूत समर्थन पा रहे हैं और ऊपर में ₹5,400-₹5,500 के ऊपर थोड़ा प्रतिरोध है। जुलाई और अगस्त में आमतौर पर ग्वार के भावों में तेजी देखी जाती है और इस बार भी जुलाई की शुरुआत से यही देखा गया। हालांकि बुवाई के अच्छे शुरुआती आंकड़े देख बाजार पर थोड़ा दबाव जरूर बना है लेकिन लंबी अवधि में स्थिति स्थिर से हल्की मजबूत रह सकती है। निर्यात मांग और क्रूड ऑयल से जुड़े संकेतों के अनुसार आने वाले सप्ताहों में भावों में दोबारा सुधार की संभावना है। इसलिए घबराएं नहीं, धैर्य रखें और सौदे सोच-समझकर करें।

What Do the Guar Sowing Figures Say
For your information, the early monsoon has been good this year, so initial trends for guar sowing in Rajasthan are strong. Currently, the guar acreage in Rajasthan has crossed around 7.82 lakh hectares, while at this time last year it was about 2.5 lakh hectares. Mandi Market Media believes there is no need to panic because these are just initial trends and total sowing may decrease in the coming days. This season, the total area is not expected to go above 24 lakh hectares, while last year it was about 27 lakh hectares. In Gujarat, the pace of guar sowing has been slower because farmers have preferred crops like groundnut and bajra due to good rains. Meanwhile, the monsoon across the country is expected to be better than average — rainfall is forecast to be 106% of the Long Period Average (LPA) from June to September.
Current Prices and Mandi Situation
Today in Jodhpur, the delivery rate of guar seed remained stable at ₹5,250 per quintal and guar gum held steady at ₹10,000 per quintal. In Rajasthan, arrivals dropped to 1,875 quintals while in Haryana they rose to 1,995 quintals. Over the past month, guar seed prices have increased by 3.6% and by 3.1% over three months, though they are still down 2.5% on an annual basis. In the futures market, the July contract closed at ₹5,246 and the August contract at ₹5,305 yesterday. Guar gum’s July contract closed at ₹9,755 and the August contract at ₹9,903, slightly weaker than previous levels.

Export Status
The export data for June is not yet available. Talking about exports up to May, from October 2024 to May 2025, guar split exports increased by 23% and guar gum exports improved by 3%. Total guar exports during this period stood at 219,778 tonnes, which is 7% higher than last year’s 214,581 tonnes. In May, guar split exports fell 25% to 5,337 tonnes, while guar gum exports rose by 14% to 24,004 tonnes.
Outlook Ahead
Mandi Market Media estimates that in the near future, Jodhpur delivery guar seed prices will remain in the range of ₹5,000 to ₹5,500 per quintal. Meanwhile, guar gum prices are likely to stay within the range of ₹9,800 to ₹10,500 per quintal. At present, prices are finding strong support around ₹5,000 and face slight resistance above ₹5,400–₹5,500. Usually, guar prices see an uptrend during July and August and this year, the same has been observed from the start of July. Although the good initial sowing figures have put some pressure on the market, the long-term situation may remain steady to slightly firm. Based on export demand and crude oil cues, prices may see improvement again in the coming weeks. So, don’t panic — stay patient and trade wisely.
